Stoke100

Produced and animated this piece for Stoke100, a celebration of 100 years of the Potteries. The animation blends bold typography, rhythmic transitions, and a dynamic visual narrative designed to elevate the event’s storytelling and spotlight the featured achievements. My focus was on crafting a piece that felt both celebratory and refined, aligning with the event’s tone while delivering a memorable visual experience. I also illustrated 100 faces to be projected on screen at the event.

SpongeBob: The Musical

For an amateur production of SpongeBob: The Musical, I created a series of animated backdrops that helped bring Bikini Bottom to life on stage. Working closely with the production team, I developed vibrant, looping environments that supported each scene’s mood while staying true to the playful, surreal tone of the show. My process included researching the musical’s visual language, designing stylised underwater elements, and animating them in a way that felt lively yet unobtrusive for performers. The final projections added depth, movement, and atmosphere to the production, enhancing the audience experience without overshadowing the performance.

Save the Manatee

For my final university film, I partnered with Save the Manatee to create a six-minute 3D animated short that blends environmental advocacy with a cinematic, Pixar-inspired narrative. Over a year of development, I crafted the story, characters, and world from the ground up, handling everything from early concept art to final lighting and compositing. The result is an emotionally driven film that aims to spark empathy and awareness, and its impact reached beyond the classroom: it earned a 90/100 and was later picked up by a film festival in California!
